What Is This Site?

This website is where we manage our Portland Velo membership records and special events registrations. It is based on an internet service/company called "Wild Apricot" and offers us extremely cost-effective ways to manage all transactions involving our members and various dues and fees.

Why A Separate Web Site to Manage This Stuff?

Because, quite frankly, the Community Server platform that we use as the basis for PortlandVelo.NET has a totally sucky membership management system. Yep, its a pain in the butt to maintain records in two places, and eventually we'd like to have one place to do it all. But Community Server does not offer the time-saving, tracking and collection features that Wild Apricot offers. So until we can find an integrated solution that does not cost the club an arm and a leg, this is it.

Welcome! We are trying to make our membership management as self-service as possible. Please log in with your email and password and you can update your profile, register for events, upgrade your membership or make a donation. Hint: Your password on this site is most likely your last name. PortlandVelo.NET passwords are encrypted, so we could not copy them here when we uploaded and created your membership record.
